When a person who is poor or in hardship approaches us, how do we normally respond? And how should a believer behave when Allah tests him with ease? Let us learn some beneficial gems from today’s story, in shaa Allah.
In this story narrated by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, he ﷺ told us about three men with three different hardships. One had a skin disease, the other was bald, and the third man was blind. This was indeed a test from Allah!
One day, Allah sent an angel to all three of them in a form of a man, and by the will of Allah, completely healed them from their diseases. He also gave them a pregnant livestock, and Allah blessed their wealth so much that they now became very rich.
After some time, the angel came to them again, but this time disguised as a poor person, and also had similar disease as them before. The angel asked for help from all three men…
