Reference: Sahih Ibn Majah
– قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ “ رُبَّ صَائِمٍ لَيْسَ لَهُ مِنْ صِيَامِهِ إِلاَّ الْجُوعُ وَرُبَّ قَائِمٍ لَيْسَ لَهُ مِنْ قِيَامِهِ إِلاَّ السَّهَرُ ” .
سبحان الله
بعض الناس يصومون ولا يخرجون بأجر وثواب بل بجوع وتعب
وهذا محمولٌ على مَن صام ولم يُخلِصِ النِّيَّةَ
أو هو الَّذي يُفطِرُ على الحَرامِ ولا يَحفَظُ جَوارِحَه عن الآثامِ
• اللهم أعنا على حسن عبادتك
صحيح ابن ماجه
– Prophet Muhammad (salla Allahu alayhe wa sallam) said: “There are people who fast and the only outcome they get from their fast is being hungry, and there are those who pray at night and the only outcome they get from their prayers is a sleepless night.”
o This is possibly because either they did not have a correct intention, or their fast & prayers were accompanied by so much sin.
