Sh. Majed Mahmoud shares with us another beautiful story narrated by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ that showcases an amazing level of trustworthiness between a lender and a borrower, as well as their utmost tawakkul (reliance) upon Allah. This hadith is recorded in Sahih al-Bukhari 2291.

The story begins when the debtor wanted to borrow a huge amount of money from the lender, and he had no one to guarantee the lender that he’d pay the money back — except that he took Allah as his Guarantor.

    Im in a very heavy debt because of helping my cousin who is in a severe debt than me ,because of the covid 19 pandemic ,my cousin didnt able to pay back. Im paying her debt up to now and just relying to Allah that i can finish it before I go to my nextlife. Im just sharing my story .Im crying while writing this message .Allah will provide .     Both are equally honest as in the beginning the lender entrusted Allah, while the borrower entrusted Allah for the delivering the money 💰 back.
